  • With around 40% Cacao, Shea and Mango butter, and not a bit of coconut oil in sight, you know that this will be an experience that you have never had before, beyond moisturising!
  • This bar is perfect for everyone to use in the family, even the newest and smallest member, and especially those suffering from skin sensitivities.
  • The homegrown Aloe Vera and Rice Bran plant wax, combined with certified organic plant butter and oils add extra nourishment, protection, and luxury to this unique soap.
  • Handmade using the traditional cold process method, here in South Australia, with nothing but natural ingredients from the earth.

HOW TO CARE FOR ME

  • Please ensure you store this bar in a cool and dry place when not using.
  • When using, make sure this bar air dry between uses, so that means not sitting in any water, or it will turn into mush!
  • The best way to store me is on the Beautifully Authentic Alpine Bamboo Soap Dish
  • You will note that all the ingredients have been specifically chosen because of their effectiveness on sensitive skin.

Shipping Policy

Shipping

Orders are shipped by Express via courier through Australia Post.

We use recycled kraft card boxes, wrapped up in compostable mailing bags and compostable shipping labels. All can be composted at home. 

Shipping fees:

Express Australian shipping is $12 on orders under $100

Express Australian shipping is FREE on orders over $100

Allow 2-3 business days for processing before orders are shipped. If any one item in your order is “Out Of Stock’ or 'Pre Order', all items will be held until the one item becomes available and the whole order will be posted at the same time. 

Express shipping will take around 2 business days (dependent on location and postal delays out of our control).

*During COVID-19 shipping times may vary, please be patient and understand everything will be done to get your delivery to you as soon as possible. However, feel free to contact us if your delivery seems to be taking longer than anticipated.

Tracking is included with every order, and delivered with authority to leave unless specifically requested at checkout by the customer, using the comments section.

When ordering solid moisturizer bars and balms, these items will not be sent out on very hot days, and if weather is acceptable, will be sent on a Monday and Tuesday to ensure they are not baking in a hot van before they arrive to you.

Refund Policy

No refunds are offered for change of mind.

We are very confident in the quality of our products and a whole lot of love goes into each batch, so we trust you will be happy with your Beautifully Authentic products. 

If, however, you are in any way unsatisfied with any of your products, please contact us immediately and we will discuss an exchange or store credit. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, unless there is any defect to your product.

If your product is damaged in transit or has a defect in any form, we will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly - in this case please email us with photos of the defect within 2 days of receiving your order. 

Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.  

No shipping costs are reimbursed with any returns or exchanges.
