  • This magical balm is the answer to all of your skin concerns.
  • With the addition of sandalwood powder, this really is a unique balm.
  • Sandalwood powder is known to reduce scarring, anti-septic properties help to prevent acne breakouts, and it is high in anti-oxidants which help to prevent skin sagging, and encourage free radical repair to your skin.
  • It is also incredible for skin conditions such as eczema.
  • Spectacular for soothing cracked, irritated, and dry skin conditions; helps to relieve that itch, calms a bumpy rash, and soothes irritated sensitive areas such as nappy rash or skin chaffing.
  • Perfect as so many things, but especially as a conditioning lip balm, as an aftershave salve, calming on insect bites, protecting against harsh weather, and remedy to itchy eczema patches, nappy and dribble rashes, and cracked and calloused elbows and heels.
  • Made entirely of beautiful rich luxurious certified organic plant oils, butters and wax, in small batches to ensure the greatest quality of each product and that the oils are not overheated to lose their effectiveness.

How to Store Me:

  • Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight and below 25 Degrees Celsius.
  • In the summer, store this bar in the fridge for best results.
  • Handmade in small batches here in South Australia, with much love and intention.
  • You will note that all the ingredients have been specifically chosen because of their effectiveness on sensitive skin.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If ordering this on backorder, please allow 1 week, as we like to ensure it has been set well before sending.
  • We will only send your moisturiser on a Monday and Tuesday during summer to ensure that it will not be baking in a hot van.

Shipping Policy

Shipping

Orders are shipped by Express via courier through Australia Post.

We use recycled kraft card boxes, wrapped up in compostable mailing bags and compostable shipping labels. All can be composted at home. 

Shipping fees:

Express Australian shipping is $12 on orders under $100

Express Australian shipping is FREE on orders over $100

Allow 2-3 business days for processing before orders are shipped. If any one item in your order is “Out Of Stock’ or 'Pre Order', all items will be held until the one item becomes available and the whole order will be posted at the same time. 

Express shipping will take around 2 business days (dependent on location and postal delays out of our control).

*During COVID-19 shipping times may vary, please be patient and understand everything will be done to get your delivery to you as soon as possible. However, feel free to contact us if your delivery seems to be taking longer than anticipated.

Tracking is included with every order, and delivered with authority to leave unless specifically requested at checkout by the customer, using the comments section.

When ordering solid moisturizer bars and balms, these items will not be sent out on very hot days, and if weather is acceptable, will be sent on a Monday and Tuesday to ensure they are not baking in a hot van before they arrive to you.

Refund Policy

No refunds are offered for change of mind.

We are very confident in the quality of our products and a whole lot of love goes into each batch, so we trust you will be happy with your Beautifully Authentic products. 

If, however, you are in any way unsatisfied with any of your products, please contact us immediately and we will discuss an exchange or store credit. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, unless there is any defect to your product.

If your product is damaged in transit or has a defect in any form, we will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly - in this case please email us with photos of the defect within 2 days of receiving your order. 

Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.  

No shipping costs are reimbursed with any returns or exchanges.
