FAQ for Buyers
When you buy a product from the Spotz marketplace, you’re purchasing from local individual business owners rather than buying from larger organisations. You are also supporting our social business Spotz, which reinvests its profits into creating positive change in our society.
Simply visit the e-shop and click on the pink ‘Inquiry’ button or click the link that says ‘Ask a question’ on a product detail page. Then send them your question or query. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
Head to the e-shop and click on the pink ‘Inquiry’ button – and advise them of the change of address ASAP.
If all purchases need to go to this new address going forward, jump into your Spotz account and update your deets before you forget.
The e-shop seller should send you a tracking notice when your order is shipped. If you’ve been waiting for ages, with no update, feel free to pop a message to the seller via their e-shop. (See above for ‘How so I contact an e-shop.)
Sorry to say, but this is a ‘how long is a piece of string?’ kind of scenario. After the sale, Spotz hands over the responsibility to the seller to ensure your purchase is swiftly and safely delivered to you.
Delivery times will depend upon the shipping company the seller uses. However, you can touch base with the seller directly to see if they have more information.
Since our sellers are independent to Spotz, you’ll need to reach out to the e-shop directly. Head to the e-shop and click on the pink ‘Inquiry’ button to contact the e-shop.
