How To Use Me:

  • Take around 1tsp of powder and combine with around 1tsp of water in a bowl, using non metalic instuments.
  • Combine to the desired consistency ( the thinner the better, so that it dries evenly).
  • Allow to dry for around 10 minuets, then rinse with warm clean water, a flannel can also be used.

How To Care For Me:

  • Store in a cool dry place, away from water. Ensure that the zip lock is done up, so humidity cannot enter the bag. Or store in an air tight container.

WARNING:

  • For external use only. Always do a patch test first, then continue if no reaction.
  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately, and consult your physician.
  • You will note that all the ingredients have been specifically chosen because of their effectiveness on sensitive skin.

Shipping Policy

Shipping

Orders are shipped by Express via courier through Australia Post.

We use recycled kraft card boxes, wrapped up in compostable mailing bags and compostable shipping labels. All can be composted at home. 

Shipping fees:

Express Australian shipping is $12 on orders under $100

Express Australian shipping is FREE on orders over $100

Allow 2-3 business days for processing before orders are shipped. If any one item in your order is “Out Of Stock’ or 'Pre Order', all items will be held until the one item becomes available and the whole order will be posted at the same time. 

Express shipping will take around 2 business days (dependent on location and postal delays out of our control).

*During COVID-19 shipping times may vary, please be patient and understand everything will be done to get your delivery to you as soon as possible. However, feel free to contact us if your delivery seems to be taking longer than anticipated.

Tracking is included with every order, and delivered with authority to leave unless specifically requested at checkout by the customer, using the comments section.

When ordering solid moisturizer bars and balms, these items will not be sent out on very hot days, and if weather is acceptable, will be sent on a Monday and Tuesday to ensure they are not baking in a hot van before they arrive to you.

Refund Policy

No refunds are offered for change of mind.

We are very confident in the quality of our products and a whole lot of love goes into each batch, so we trust you will be happy with your Beautifully Authentic products. 

If, however, you are in any way unsatisfied with any of your products, please contact us immediately and we will discuss an exchange or store credit. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, unless there is any defect to your product.

If your product is damaged in transit or has a defect in any form, we will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly - in this case please email us with photos of the defect within 2 days of receiving your order. 

Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.  

No shipping costs are reimbursed with any returns or exchanges.
