Michelle’s Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni (Vg)
Preparation:
- Step 1 – Defrost in fridge overnight
- Step 2 – Remove Lid, cover with Foil
- Step 3 – Bake 25mins in oven 180°C
- Step 4 – Remove Foil, bake a further 12mins (until cheese is bubbling)
Best served with a crisp green salad

Sally’s Pumpkin and Potato Curry
Preparation:
- Step 1 -Defrost gently in microwave or fridge overnight
- Step 2 -Microwave until hot (approx 4 mins)

Mariana’s Spicy Chicken Empanadas (x4)
Preparation (Cook from frozen)
- Step 1 – Preheat Oven 220°C fan forced
- Step 2 – Brush the empanadas with egg yolk*
- Step 3 – Bake on a tray with baking paper 10-15mins

Optional – Egg yolk to brush on empanadas.

Preparation (Cook from frozen):
- Step 1- Place frozen burgers in a frying pan with a bit of oil.
- Step 2 – Fry 2-3 minutes each side on medium heat.
