Bec’s Bolognese Mac n Cheese Bake
Introducing a mouthwatering creation: a clever fusion of Bolognese and Mac ‘n’ Cheese, combined into a hearty pasta bake. Bec’s dish is not only a family favourite but also an excellent freezer-friendly option for those busy nights.
Preparation (Cook from frozen):
Step 1 – Preheat Oven to 180°C
Step 2 – Remove Lid, cover with Foil
Step 3 – Bake 35mins (Single) to 1h (Serves 4)
Step 4 – Remove foil, cook until golden (approximately 10 minutes)
Ingredients: vegetable oil, beef, bacon, onions, celery, carrots, garlic, red wine, tomato paste, beef stock powder, bay leaves, rosemary, sugar, crushed tomatoes, tasty cheese, parmesan, flour (wheat), butter, milk, macaroni (Durum Wheat Semolina), mozzarella

Cynthia’s Ayam Bakar with Mie Goreng
Ayam Bakar is an Indonesian charcoal-grilled chicken which is first marinated and then slowly simmered for hours until tender. Served with delicious hokkien noodles
Preparation:
Step 1 – Defrost in microwave
Step 2 – Give it a stir
Step 3 – Microwave until heated through (approx 3 mins)
Ingredients:Charcoal grilled chicken: Chicken marylands, onions, shallots, garlic, ground coriander, sweet soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, peanut butter.
Hokkien noodles, carrots, cabbage, chicken thighs, de-shelled prawns, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt.

Maurice’s Vegetarian Lasagne
A well balanced combination of Sweet potato, Zucchini and Capsicum perfectly sliced and char-grilled till golden. Layered between pasta sheets and a rich Napolitana sauce and creamy bechamel sauce with baby spinach and basil.
Preparation (Cook from frozen):
Step 1 – Preheat Oven 180°C
Step 2 – Remove Lid, cover with Foil
Step 3 – Bake 50 mins (single) to 90 mins (family)
Let rest 10-15 minutes before serving
