All products are shipped using sendle/ Auspost. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow between 1 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Items cannot be returned, or exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

These earrings are handmade using polymer clay and can be fragile, handle with care.
Earrings are designed by hand and me, so you might see the occasional finger print and some slight differences in each piece.

The silicone products have been cleaned and carefully inspected before being sent to you. Choose you design carefully, as I will not accept any exchange or give a refund for change or mind. (changing the colours, or the designs).

If you feel your item:

is faulty, please contact beads en folie, within 24 hours of receiving your products. I will need to receive of proof of the faulty product (s) and I will do my best to arrange you as customer. Whether, you will receive another product that is the same or a refund, will be decided according to the nature of the problem.
