I courier items from New Zealand, I will provide a tracking number for you, please allow a little extra time for your handmade items to be delivered.
Refund Policy
I will happily refund if the items are faulty, or returned in original condition (however you will need to pay postage for returns if you change your mind)
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You are able to return items at your cost to me in New Zealand, and I can refund, or exchange them. No cancellations.
