Shipping Policy
Ready made stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
If you request a custom made order please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for completion of order and your order will be shipped within 3-5 days of completion. Please note if extra time is needed to complete items I will let you know.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if items has been made and sent and you are not happy with item. Items must be posted back at cost to buyer.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If a custom order is canceled and I have already commenced order I reserve the right to retain the cost of labor to date and materials used. A refund amount of applicable will be discussed per individual customer.
