Shipping Policy
All parcels are shipped in waterproof packaging. Any losses or damages by Australia Post is not the responsibility of Two Little Friends. All cages are sent out without 24 hours of an order being placed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only given for proof of a faulty item. We do not give refunds for change of mind. Refunds will be processed after the item has been posted back to the store at the buyers expense.
