Shipping Policy
We use Australia Post to ship your order. Please note that while our customer service team will always do our best to assist with any shipping issues, The Essential Kit is not responsible for any missing or stolen orders.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Please be aware that all domestic and international shipments are experiencing delivery delays.
All orders are dispatched from our studio located in Gold Coast, Queensland. We will do our best to ensure your order is dispatched within 1-3 working days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our home studio.
Refund Policy
The Essential Kit will gladly replace any faulty product within one month of purchase through our online store. We may require proof of purchase.
Please email info@theessentialkit.com.au with images of the faulty item and we will be in touch within 24-48 hours regarding your replacement. Please note items damaged or broken through general or extreme use will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind
