Shipping Policy

Please note, order processing times are separate from the shipping times.  We print to order so order processing times may vary.

Process

Upon receiving your order confirmation email, orders are sent to be printed within 1-2 business days, we will email to confirm this has been done.  Once printed, your order will be processed for delivery within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We use Australia Post for delivery and offer $10 flat rate shipping to all of Australia.

We also offer FREE local pickup for those on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Delivery times

Australia Post advises that delivery times within Australia vary between 2-6 business days depending on location.

Local Pickup

If you select local pickup at the checkout, we will contact you via email to discuss best pickup location.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the U.K., Europe, and the U.S.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times for international shipping normally range for between 8 to 20 business days however due to current Covid-19 conditions some deliveries have experienced longer delays.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Sunshine Sign and Sing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you do not receive a confirmation order email, please contact us so we can look into what happened with your order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@sunshinesignandsing.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, please contact us if this is an issue for you on support@sunshinesignandsing.com.au

Refund Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

With the exception of customised products, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@sunshinesignandsing.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
