• Simply soak your feet in the shower or bath with warm water with Allay Skin Foot SOAKS for 10 to 20 minutes.

• Either using Allay Skin Foot Scrub or just water simply scrub your feet with the Rhassoul Scrub Stone.
• Rinse and repeat as needed.
• After drying your feet use the Allay Foot Lotion for ideal results.
