Raspberry Leaf Tea

  • Raspberry Leaf Tea is traditionally used from 32 weeks of pregnancy to help support and tone your pelvic and uterine muscles in preparation for labour. Raspberry leaf can also be used to support and strengthen uterine health post birth.
  • Organic, vegan, Australian sourced loose leaf tea.

Directions for use: 

  • Infuse 1 teaspoon of dried herb into an infuser, tea pot or plunger.
  • Add 1 cup of boiled water.
  • Steep for 3-5 minutes.
  • Strain.
  • Drink 1-3 cups per day.

Recommendations:

  • 32 weeks: drink 1 cup daily
  • 33 weeks: drink 2 cups daily
  • 34 weeks – birth: drink 3 cups daily

Ingredients:

  • Rubus Idaeus
  • Store tea in a cool, dry place

Bumps&Bubs will endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-3 days. Your order will be sent via Australia Post. Generally, all deliveries will be received (Aust only) within 5-8 days of placing your order. If at any time this is not the case, please contact us immediately. If we're unable to fulfil your order you will be notified immediately by email or telephone. If your products are delayed or out of stock we will inform you immediately via email or telephone. If your goods should arrive to you in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately. Our insurance policy requires a photograph of the goods and the packaging with damage. In the event that you receive a damaged product, a replacement will be dispatched (subject to availability) once we sight the product. Spend $65 or more and receive free shipping. Shipping is a flat rate of $9 or $12 express.
