Raspberry Leaf Tea
- Raspberry Leaf Tea is traditionally used from 32 weeks of pregnancy to help support and tone your pelvic and uterine muscles in preparation for labour. Raspberry leaf can also be used to support and strengthen uterine health post birth.
- Organic, vegan, Australian sourced loose leaf tea.
Directions for use:
- Infuse 1 teaspoon of dried herb into an infuser, tea pot or plunger.
- Add 1 cup of boiled water.
- Steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain.
- Drink 1-3 cups per day.
Recommendations:
- 32 weeks: drink 1 cup daily
- 33 weeks: drink 2 cups daily
- 34 weeks – birth: drink 3 cups daily
