FOOT & CALF SCRUB

• Using Allay Skin Foot and Calf Scrub helps you avoid different foot and calf problems such as calluses and infections from clogged pores and varicose veins.
• It also helps boost your blood circulation, and relieves pain and inflammation.
• If your feet are mild to moderately dry exfoliating with Allay Skin Foot and Calf Scrub once a fortnight is sufficient.
• If your feet are severely dry, cracked or callused, exfoliate them 1 to 2 times a week.

• As hemp seed oil drops to the bottom it’s recommended to mix the scrub before using it to get all the oils back up to the surface.
• Wet the feet and calves either with the Foot Soaks or water.
• Begin scrubbing your feet and working your way up to your calves.
• Add small amounts of water if needed to help the scrub move easily.
• Scrub for at least 10 to 15mins. Rinse off and dry.

• For external use only / do not consume.
• Be sure to perform a skin patch test prior to using our product.
