Shipping Policy
For shipping within Australia, it should always be assumed that Shipping and Handling fees will apply, and are charged at a flat rate of $9.95 for standard tracked post via Australian Post. International orders will be charged at AU$20.
Refund Policy
We do not offer returns for change of mind. However if there is a fault you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
You are responsible for returning the goods to us including the payment of any postage.
In the case of replacement, please be aware that items may vary slightly from the original design.

Savvy Kids products come with a 30 day warranty provided all reasonable care is given to the items. If you are concerned about a fault or issue, we ask that you contact us via savvy.kids.education@gmail.com regardless of the timeframe, so that we can assist you.
The warranty is for the original purchaser only, as we are unable to ascertain correct care and usage of second hand items we are unable to extend the warranty to second hand goods.
