Refund Policy
Random Gifts & Hampers will refund when:
- Product arrives damaged (photos will be required)
- If customer is not happy or changed their mind with purchase, then product will be returned at customers expense and refund will be issued
- All refunds have to be dealt with Random Hampers
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Once order has been placed and sent then it can not be cancelled.
Should the item need to be exchanged, then it will need to be approved by Random Gifts & Hampers
