Hi, Amanda Dooley here the creator of Phoenix Sewing and I just thought I’d share a little background to me. I have been severely vision impaired in both eyes since I was 4yrs old, however in 2007 my eye all of a sudden hemeridged resulting in total blindness in my left eye.

I didn’t let it defeat me going on to raise two beautiful children.. In 2021 Phoenix Sewing was created ( Phoenix being the creature that symbolises New Beginnings) I have developed quite the ❤ for sewing and would love to share my creations with you all.

I focus on handmaking Heatpacks / Coldpacks, Neck Packs, Lavender Eye Packs and when available Lavender Sachets..

We use Organically Grown Wheat in all our Heatpacks / Coldpacks and Neckpacks, making them ideal to be used for both Hot and Cold applications.
All my Packs are double stitched using the utmost of care to insure you purchase an item that will last for a long time, and they all come with a set of instructions to follow.

Our Lavender Eye Packs are filled with our finest farm grown French Lavender, dried and harvested by me. It is only placed into the Lavender Eye Packs upon ordering to ensure you receive the freshest quality possible. French Lavender can also be placed into Heatpacks / Coldpacks if seasonal supplies permit.
