Shipping Policy
Palette Baby currently offers delivery for orders Australia wide only.
For all standard orders, there will be a delivery flat rate of $5.95 for each order placed. If you would like express delivery or if the parcel package exceeds 5kg, please contact us as a nominated additional fee will be charged.
As we are based in Perth, for any local orders we are able to offer pick up for local orders too! Please contact us and we can organise it directly with you.
If you have any specific delivery requests such as authority to leave or leave at door, please state clearly in your order.
If you are interested in delivery outside Australia, please contact us at palettebaby@gmail.com and we can discuss the options and quotes for worldwide shipping with you.
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order and you may track your parcel order once the order has been fulfilled. As delivery estimates are dependent on the courier, we advise to check directly online using the tracking number provided to obtain an accurate delivery time.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at palettebaby@gmail.com
Damages and Issues
At Palette Baby, we personally process, pack and mail the order, so the items are thoroughly checked and handled with care prior to postal delivery. We ask that you please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
