All parcels are posted via Australia Post so postage times may vary depending on that service.
You will be emailed a copy of the tracking number once your order has been posted.
Refund Policy
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products there are no refunds UNLESS damaged or faulty. No refund for change of mind.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If cancelled within 24 hours a full refund will be made.
If cancelled after 24 hours there will be no refund.
There are no exchanges due to the personalised nature of the products.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged or faulty. Return shipping will fall to the customer.
