Becoming a mother in November, 2020 really showed me the meaning of what love is. An unconditional, everlasting, strong, indescribable love for my daughter. I had believed motherhood to be a certain way, however, for me it was almost everything the opposite which is where Kyndness for the soul lives. 

I created Kyndness for the soul after experiencing some pretty intense and severe post natal anxiety. I spent some of the first months of my daughters life seeking help for a condition that was quickly taking over my everyday. I create Kyndness to show other women, mothers, men, fathers and alike that seeking help when you need it, is okay. It’s okay to show vulnerability, to cry, to let others know you’re not alright! I did and if I hadn’t I don’t know where I’d be today. Kyndness allows me to have the conversations with others which triggers a flowing response. An ability to create a space where my stories are heard and also where I listen. It helps to break down the stigma of mental health and shows my daughter that even though mummy is strong, sometimes we all need a little help. 

I have so far been privileged enough to deliver gift packs for a number of reasons. Whilst mental health and self care are a large focus for us at Kyndness, simply sharing my love for our products and creating something beautiful, is amazing in itself.
