I am an artist and creative educator living in Brisbane, Australia, with my husband and four beautiful children. I grew up in the colourful landscapes of South Africa, and not long ago was living in the foothills of the Himalayas for a number of years with my little family.

I have been painting and drawing since the tender age of three and more seriously when I reached my teen years. My impetus was to sell my art to raise money to travel and help people all over the world. My art sales took me to Asia to assist in humanitarian projects and on multiple trips to children’s summer camps in Russia (where I also held my first international art exhibition) before finishing high school.

My work holds much spiritual significance while telling stories with careful attention to the tangible world around me. My main mediums are acrylic on canvas, oil and mixed media on board, and watercolour on paper.

Being an artist has literally opened up the world to me. I feel so privileged to be able to use my gift to share my faith and heart with people from all different cultures, languages and backgrounds.

More recently I’ve grown to love teaching students in my very own city of Brisbane how to paint, draw and design their own beautiful artwork. It is a joy to invest in others in this way and to see them flourish in their gifts and abilities as well.
