Shipping Policy

SHIPPING Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Production times of up to 11 days may apply and are specified at the time of purchase. ​ Our shipping providers are as follows: For addresses within Australia; Australia Post Express Service delivers within 1-2 business days. The cost for postage, payable at checkout, is $10AUD. Orders over $500AUD will receive complimentary express shipping. ​ For addresses outside of Australia; DHL Express Service or Aus Post Express Shipping delivers within 1-15 business days depending on location. The cost for postage, payable at checkout is $20-$45AUD depending on location, with duties and taxes calculable and payable at checkout. Please note, duties and taxes are respective to your order value and destination country. Orders over $500AUD will receive complimentary express shipping. ​ We deliver to the below countries from our Australian site: Australia New Zealand United Kingdom* United States Europe Brazil Local Pick Up Residents of SYDNEY and surrounding areas can organize to pick up their orders by selecting this option at checkout. You will be sent an email upon completion of your piece to organize pick-up. ​ An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey. Due to the high value of our pieces, our parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with a photo ID. ​ Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as OLIV ATELIE cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers have trusted services, and as such OLIV ATELIE will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered. Refund Policy

WARRANTY OUR VOLUNTARY WARRANTY AND AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW Subject to the terms of this warranty, OLIV ATELIE offers a warranty against manufacturing defects for genuine OLIV ATELIE items purchased from our ONLINE store www.olivatelie.com, for a period of six months from the date of purchase (Warranty Period*). OLIV ATELIE will offer a repair (where possible) or replacement* for such genuine OLIV ATELIE items exhibiting a manufacturing defect during the warranty period. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a replacement item of equivalent value. Certain exclusions set out below apply. OLIV ATELIE’s voluntary warranty does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. OLIV ATELIE’s voluntary warranty provides benefits in addition to your other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer law in Australia; and does not exclude, restrict, modify, limit, replace or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. Depending on the relevant circumstances, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law may continue to apply after the end of SARAH & SEBASTIAN’s voluntary warranty period. If your OLIV ATELIE's jewellery fails to comply with the applicable consumer guarantees you are entitled to certain remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you may cancel your order 60 minutes after your order has been placed. Please contact our Customer Care team here. We are not able to cancel your order after this time. ​ ​ RETURNS Products purchased from OLIV ATELIE online or retail stores may be returned for credit in Australia if returned unworn, in a saleable condition within 14 days of the dispatch date. Some exclusions may apply. OLIV ATELIE does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase. It is at the client’s expense to safely return the piece(s) to OLIV ATELIE and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our customer service team. ​ OLIV ATELIE credits are issued once a return has been received and its condition assessed. OLIV ATELIE credits are valid for use in our online at olivatelie.com. They are valid for a period of three years. ​ To initiate a return, please lodge your request via EMAIL OLIV ATELIE does not accept returns if products;
