Shipping Policy
Please note the following conditions with respect to our Australian shipments:
- Deliveries for most metropolitan areas are organized within one working day of order placement.
- However, please allow 2 – 5 working days for your order to reach you
- We do not ship to PO Box address or parcel lockers.
Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping will be at the customer's cost.
