Shipping Policy
We pride ourselves in offering products that meet our high quality standards. This means that we carefully hand pack each item and triple check everything before it is shipped.
To keep with our sustainability and minimal waste values we will collate orders with multiple products wherever possible.
Typically we process and ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
Orders are shipped using Australia Post service and the delivery time varies between 2-10 days within regional areas and can take up to 2-3 weeks for rural areas in Australia. International delivery times vary depending on the country and courier.
Please note that due to COVID and the limitations it presents there have been some extended delays with delivery. But rest assured we keep track of your order until it is delivered.
All our orders are shipped in compostable satchels. Please remove the label and tape before composting. We are working on making our shipment packaging 100% compostable.
Refund Policy
All our products are hand packed and triple checked for quality and accuracy before it is shipped. But we are only human and we can make mistakes. If you have purchased from our website and receive an incorrect or faulty product(s) please email us at hoohaacup@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include the below information:
- Invoice or Order number
- Photos of what you've received
- What you were expecting to receive
As long as the product(s) is unused and meets our standard requirements, we will replace your order with the correct product(s).
Used and opened product(s) will not be refunded or replaced.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind or if it doesn’t feel like the right fit. Just like anything new, it might take 2-3 menstrual cycles before you get used to your cup. Hang in there and keep trying - it will be worth it!

Returns
Our goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on our products as they are intimate or sanitary goods.
