Tara Hegerty is a counsellor for mums and author of Dawn Warrior: A Modern Mamas Guide To Harnessing Your Power and Creating A Life You Love. Her mission is to inspire mums to reclaim their energy and life purpose which often gets submerged beneath the dirty nappies, late-night feedings and chaotic days of motherhood.  Her message: You can embrace the joyful journey of motherhood while pursuing your dreams. Through research and working with other mums, Tara has developed and practiced the Dawn Warrior path for over a decade.  She teaches this proven life-design system that has made have made it possible to live the life she desired as a happy mum, life coach, meditation teacher, yoga instructor, author, contented partner and business owner. Tara lives on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland with her husband and two children.
