Description

  • Rich in antioxidants, lemon balm and lavender impart a gentle scent on the olive oil to build the beautiful aroma of this balm. Lemon balm is reported to help relieve an over active mind while lavender brings peace and harmony.
  • Shea Butter is high in vitamin A, E and F helping to make it a natural emollient that can moisturise, protect, regenerate and soothe inflamed skin. It is believed to have some anti-bacterial properties making it great for skin irritations and protection from the elements.
  • Cocoa Butter is high in antioxidants, fatty acids and vitamin A and K. It has nourishing, moisturising and healing properties making it great for dry, cracked and damaged skin.
  • Camellia Oil is an amazing antioxidant and helps the  balm to feel not greasy while still protecting the skin.
  • Australian Beeswax is used to condition, hydrate, soothe and calm the skin. It helps to provide a protective barrier to environmental elements and can help heal skin if needed.

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping 4-7 business days. We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. However, we are a very small business and during peak times some delays may occur.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (exclusing QLD public holidays).
Some of our items cannot  be shipped via air freight as they contain flammable liquids (Dangerous Goods). These items can only travel via our road network and may take longer to arrive. This will be clearly marked on the product pages.
We do not currently offer express postage.

Refund Policy

If the Goods are damaged or not of acceptable quality, you may have rights under:

  • Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Australian Consumer Law);
  • Other consumer laws applying in each Australian State or Territory; and/or
  • Our Refunds Policy below

Australian Consumer Law:

If there is a major problem with the Goods, a refund or a replacement may be available.

If there is a minor problem with your Goods (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) we may repair the Goods instead of offering you a replacement or a refund.

Unless we are required to do so under the Australian Consumer Law, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the Goods to us.

If your products are damaged in transit or faulty on arrival, please contact us via our contact page within 24 hours of delivery (please attached photos of the damaged items)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your products, or change your mind after purchase you may be eligible to return them for an e-credit.
To be eligible for a refund credit, you must:
• Have purchased the item within the last 28 days
• The product must been returned to us in it’s original condition including any packaging and tags.
• Return the item (at your expense)

EXCEPTIONS:
• Unfortunately, due to the nature of some of our products, all purchases of skin and body care including skin care, essential oil blends, sprays, soaps, make up and food items are final and refunds cannot be given for hygiene and safety reasons.
• We do not accept refunds on sale items

If your products are damaged in transit or you believe them to be faulty on arrival, please email us within 24 hours of delivery.  Please attach photos of the damaged items to the email for review. Do not send back without contacting us first.

Any e-credit received will be valid for 12 months and is redeemable online at www.elisara.com.au

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

As we process your orders immediately for prompt delivery, we regret that cancellation or change to your order may not be possible unless we receive your request by phone or email within 24 hours placing your original order. No cancellation or change of orders will be accepted once your order has been dispatched.

Out of Stock Items:

ELISARA will contact you immediately in the unforeseen event that you have purchased an item that is out of stock or unavailable.
We will discuss with you your options for choosing an alternative item or where possible putting an order in for the original item. If you choose to put in an order for the original item we will give you an estimated time for filling the order.

If neither of these options suit, we will also allow you to cancel your order with a full refund given.

ELISARA reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice at our discretion.

All prices include GST and are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may not include delivery – delivery charges will be applied accordingly if applicable.
