Shipping Policy

All our national orders are processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.

Standard Post - $9

Express shipping - $12

International Orders

International orders are sent with different couriers depending on the destination. We will provide you with a unique tracking number so you can trace your parcel location. Please note we will not be responsible for any customs or import charges.

Flat RATE - $30

Please allow extra time with delays caused by COVID 19.

Refund Policy

Barefoot Baby Australia happily accepts returns and exchanges within a 14 day period from the date the parcel is received.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We check all items carefully before we send them off to you, but if something does get past us, return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Barefoot Baby Australia.

Once your return has been lodged and approved, you will receive an email from our customer support team with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Barefoot Baby Australia is not responsible for returns that are not received.


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@barefootbabyaustralia.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend sending your products to exchange via prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe delivery. We take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent back to us. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs.

Please note we do not offer refunds for purchases that are made using AFTERPAY. All sales made using AFTERPAY are final and will not be refunded following finalising account. Please note if we are unable to exchange your purchase, we will provide a credit note to the value of the original purchase.
