Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within a maximum of 14 days of the order being received.

All Australian and New Zealand orders are sent via Australia Post. We offer an express shipping option for orders shipping within Australia. Express orders will be shipped within our usual shipping timeframe of a maximum of 14 days but will be sent express with Australia Post. Selecting Express Shipping DOES NOT move you to the front of the queue or mean your order will be given priority, all orders are processed on a first come first served basis although if you do need something sent urgently please send an email to hello@phosdesigns.com.au with your order number and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Please note during a big release or a sale shipping times may be slightly longer as we work through larger than usual order volumes, we will always endeavour to get your order out as soon as we possibly can and in these situations your patience is appreciated.

If you ever need anything shipped urgently, we are always here to help and will do whatever we can to assist so get in touch via our contact us page and we will see what we can do.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times and customers should refer to Australia Post for their estimated delivery times.

Refund Policy

Please choose items carefully as refunds will not be granted for change of mind. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of ordering via email at hello@phosdesigns.com.au.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us at hello@phosdesigns.com.au to arrange. Please do not return anything to us without prior approval.

The customer will be notified via email upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) to advise once the return has been finalised and the outcome.

Please note, there are no exchanges or refunds for change of mind or for misspelling on any personalised items. Returns will be granted on consideration of fault or damage however are not guaranteed.

Change of Mind Refunds and exchanges for change of mind will not be granted. As all items are personalised and made to order, we highly encourage that care is taken when ordering to ensure you select the correct product and specifications to your needs. Incorrect Items Shipped

Returns where the incorrect item or size was shipped to you must be made upon receipt of the incorrect item.

A replacement will be offered on all incorrect products returned with all tags/packaging still attached and intact. Should a replacement not be available a refund will be offered.

Shipping costs to return the incorrect item to Phos Designs will be reimbursed upon receipt of an itemised invoice. Receipts must be emailed to hello@phosdesigns.com.au for the reimbursement to be processed.

Faulty Items

Requests for returns for faulty items may be made at any time after purchase however discretion will be used to establish how much time has passed since the item was received, how much wear it will reasonably have received and whether the fault is considered major or minor. For minor faults (faults that can easily be repaired) you will be offered either reimbursement of repair costs upon receipt of an itemised invoice from a repair centre or a store credit of similar value if you choose not to have the item repaired. For major faults, where the item is fundamentally unusable and not easily repaired a replacement will be offered or if one is not available a refund will be given equal to the value paid by the customer via the original payment method upon return of the item.

The cost of return postage for faulty items will be reimbursed by Phos Designs upon receipt and inspection of the return. A copy of the shipping receipt should be emailed to hello@phosdesigns.com.au for reimbursement to be processed.

If a faulty item is returned along with exchanges or change of mind returns this does not apply.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed please contact us at hello@phosdesigns.com.au within 1 hour of placing the order.
