Why Argireline?

  • Argireline is the first anti-wrinkle hexapeptide with a Botulinum Toxin-like mechanism of action. Also known as botox in a bottle. It reduces the depth of the wrinkles on the face caused by the contraction of muscles of facial expression, especially in the forehead and around the eyes. It also has been shown to decreased wrinkle volume and length just after 1 week Volume was diminished by 20.6% and length by 15.9% (statistically significant).

Why Ceramide Complex?

  • This is great for deep hydration, barrier restoration,  moisturisation, anti-ageing and well-being. Ceramides are waxy lipids found in cell membranes.  They play an important role in skin protection, assisting in barrier functionality and moisturisation have been extracted from plant material to make this blend.  The level of ceramide in our skin decreases with age and also decrease as a consequence of stress (pimples, irritation etc) This loss of Ceramides weakens skin barrier functioning.  Topical application of ceramide-rich skincare can help rectify that and restore the skins vitality.

Why Pentativin? 

  • 1 % Pentavitin has been found to reduce the signs of dry skin by 20% after 4 weeks, reducing trans epidermal water loss and improving skin hydration. Pentavitin has been found to rebalance the microbiome, improve the quality of the skins barrier function and as a consequence reduce inflammation.

Other ingredients:

  • Coenzyme 10: Coenzyme Q10 is found all over the body where it helps to produce energy for the cells.  Topically it has been found to work as well as an anti-oxidant as well as being a powerful anti-inflammatory
  • Resveratol (Japanese knot weed): is said to be one of the most powerful antioxidants.
  • Vitamin B5: It increases and improves the humidity properties of the skin making dry skin more soft and elastic. It also acts as an anti-inflammatory and helps soothe irritated skin. It helps the healing of the skin through encouraging the growth of new epithelial cells
  • Avocado and Evening Primrose Oils: organic plant oils rich in natural ceramides.
  • Shea Butter: rich in vitamin A, E and F that helps moisturise and hydrate the skin without it feeling greasy. Shea butter is also non comedogenic with a comedogenic rating of zero.
Directions: 
  • Use 1-2 pumps every evening after cleansing & toning. Only a small amount is needed. Alternatively mix in with your moisturiser.
  • Follow with our Facial Oil if required.

Note: We recommend using our Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid & Niacinamide Serum in the morning followed by our Advanced Night Serum at night. We recommend only using 2 highly active products at time.

Luxeluna Face and Body is based in Sydney, Australia and we ship worldwide (note we are unable to ship to India, Spain, Lithuania, Indonesia, Brazil or Florida, USA). 

We will fulfil your order within 3 days.

Eco-Conscious container return scheme

We use biodegradable packing material, tape and recyclable shipping boxes. 

Please ensure bottles and jars are recycled. Jars can also be returned to us for reuse as they can be thoroughly cleaned, santised and sterilised.

Tops, droppers, lids and pumps can be returned to us to be TERRACYCLED. We recommend sending when you have at least 10 to make it worthwhile. But of course, we will accept any amount. Please let us know when you've sent them so we can issue you with a store credit.

Returns Policy

We know that trying new skincare sometimes can be hard because you don’t know how your skin will react. But did you know that it can take approx. 4-6 weeks to get used to a new skincare regime.

If you are still not happy with Luxeluna Face and Body, we will offer a 45 day complete satisfaction guarantee from the date of your order. Please email us at info@luxelunafacebody.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can help resolve any problems.

We offer free returns on full sized products (not sample sized products). We will cover the cost of return postage for the first return in your order. Once we've received the products we'll either send you a replacement or refund you (including postage cost).

For subsequent returns the postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. For subsequent returns we recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Luxeluna Face and Body will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

We created this policy so you can shop for your skin with total confidence, and we know almost everyone will understand and respect it. If we spot someone exploiting our policy, we reserve the right to reject future orders. 

From time to time we offer promotional gifts. When returning items from an order purchased during a promotion, you will be asked to return this item with the others as your order may no longer qualify for your gift. If you’d prefer to keep your gift, please just let us know and we'll work something out.

Finally, this policy is in place for customers who purchase directly from Luxeluna Face and Body. If you bought your products from one of our stockists, please contact them first to arrange your return. If you have any problems returning your product to them and still have your proof of purchase, just let us know and we’ll do what we can to help.
