Vendor Spotlight: Gill Cameron, Line For A Walk
One of our first vendors in the Spotz Shop is Gill Cameron, an illustrator and mum who lives in Bondi Beach. You may have seen her work on a mural in Bondi, and now you can purchase her prints in our marketplace.
Introducing Gill
Gill Cameron, also known as Line for a Walk started painting as a personal project to create art for herself and has now established her own business. She loves to capture the essence of living by the sea in her artwork and her experimental paintings demonstrate her passion for art.
She does not keep to any art “rules;” Gill loves the freedom to experiment and is fascinated by the fluid nature of watercolour and liquid acrylics. She uses their unpredictable nature to encapsulate her illustrations of the coastal environment and the characters within it, giving them depth and bringing them to life. At Spotz, we love how Gill pushes boundaries in this medium and uses its spontaneity to produce a range of unique works.
