Shipping Policy

Australia
Shipping is charged at a flat-rate of $8 on domestic orders. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $100.

New Zealand
There is a flat-rate fee of $15 for tracked shipping. Shipping is complimentary for orders over $150.

Rest of the World
The flat-rate fee is $25 for tracked shipping. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $200.

Refund Policy

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for change of mind. We are, however, happy to provide you with store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date for your return to be accepted. Both return and new shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Faulty

If your item is faulty, then first of all we are very sorry! Please get in touch with us and we will ask you to return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in unworn condition with tags attached.
