White Kaolin French Clay Botanical Face Mask

  • Handmade using natural products which are healing, soothing & anti-bacterial, leaving skin smoothed, toned and luxuriously soft.

Ingredients:

  • White Kaolin French Clay, Lavender Flowers, Chamomile Flowers, Calendula Petals, Rose Petals.

Amount:

  • 70ml

How to Use:

  • Combine 1 tsp of the clay and 1 tsp of liquid (water, milk, yoghurt or honey are nice) until a paste is formed.
  • Apply to your face and leave for 10 minutes, then rinse well with warm water.
  • Use once per week.

Safety:

  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • If irritation occurs rinse immediately and discontinue use.
  • We recommend patch testing. For external use only.

Storage:

  • Store out of direct sunlight.

Bankia Lane Products are made to order and generally are ready with 3 - 7 days.

Banksia Lane offers a flat rate for Postage $9.50 Australia wide and free shipping over $80.00.

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please get in touch via info@banksialane.com.au if you would like to discuss options to post overseas.

Banksia Lane uses Australia Post standard shipping.

At Banksia Lane we strive to be environmentally friendly as possible, and as such repurpose cardboard boxes and postal packs to send in.

Refund Policy

In the event of a product being faulty, Banksia Lane will refund or replace as requested by the customer.

To initiate a refund, return or exchange contact us via email at info@banksialane.com.au with your name, order details, and product in question

Once we have reviewed your request, if appropriate we will process your refund, replacement product, or store credit within 48 hours.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must not have been open and be returned in original packaging within 14 days.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange contact us via email at info@banksialane.com.au with your name, order details, and item you wish to return.

We will then respond with instructions on how to process your return.

Once we have received your returned item we will process your refund, replacement product, or store credit within 48 hours.

Any shipping fees will be paid for by the customer.
