All domestic parcels come with an ID tracking number and can be tracked down if needed. All international parcels don't come with a tracking number. If you wish to have a tracking number, there is an additional cost for the parcel which is available before you check out.

For a full Refund all Items need to be returned in the original condition. If you would like to return an Item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the Item and send it back within 7 days. Customers are liable for the cost of postage.
If you have received an order which is damaged, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged Item and we will get in contact with you for further investigation.
Our items are carefully wrapped and packed safely for posting. We are not taken any responsibility if there any breakages our damaged items happened while shipping but happy to look further into it.
If you would like to cancel an item, please get in contact with us, so we can arrange a refund if it hasn't shipped. For any items you would like to exchange, please send us a request and we can exchange it for you for the same price range.
