Returns are available for full price items (excludes sale items, less than perfect, dummy chains and custom orders) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, undamaged, unused, unwashed condition. Return postage is at the buyers expense.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis for an equal value if the item purchased does not meet your expectations or arrives to you damaged.
