PMS Massage Oil

Ingredients

  • Clary Sage (salvia sclarea), Roman Chamomile (anthemis nobilis), Geranium (pelargonium graveolens), Palmarosa (cymbopogon martinii), Grapefruit (citrus paradisi), Bergamot (citrus bergamia) 100% Pure Essential Oils, Jojoba Oil (simmondsia chinensis), Sweet Almond Oil (prunus amygdalus).

Directions

  • For best results use as an after-shower treatment.
  • Dry brush before showering (begin at the feet and using a circular motion work up the legs, body & arms) and massage over entire body once dry.
  • This blend is also wonderful before or after a bath.
  • Patch testing for skin sensitivities is recommended.
  • Discard 12 months after opening.

Safety

  • Never apply undiluted essential oils directly to your skin.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under the care of a physician, please consult your GP prior to using complimentary therapies.
  • If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately.
  • Keep out of reach from children and store in a cool, dark area.
  • Citrus oils are photosensitive – avoid direct sun exposure after topical application for 8-12hrs.

 Contains NUT OIL – Please be cautious of nut allergies.
