Blends well with: Basil, Bergamot, Carrot Seed, Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, Fennel, Frankincense, Lavandin, Lime, Palmarosa, Petitgrain, Rosemary and Spearmint.

Lemon uses: Lemon oil is reputed to have ‘high vibrations’ which can lift the spirits and overcome mental fatigue. Lemon effectively clears the mind and aids decision making. The antimicrobial properties are useful for treating cold and flu, bronchitis and asthma symptoms. It acts as an astringent and is very useful for oily or acne prone skin as it balances sebum production and invigorating a dull complexion. Lemon oils benefits are also well-known in haircare;  helping to lift dead skin cells which in turn, has been seen to assist with treating dandruff and greasy hair. Plus, its natural antiseptic abilities makes it one of the best essential oils for cold sores, cuts, wounds and painful insect bites.

Ingredients

  • 100% Pure Lemon Essential Oil

Directions

  • Adults: Add 4-7 drops to your diffuser or oil burner in a well vetilated room.
  • Children: 3-4 drops in a diffuser or oil burner in a well ventilated room.
  • Infants: 1-2 drops in a diffuser or oil burner in a well ventilated room.
  • For topical application dilute with carrier oil at a 2-4% dilution and apply as a skin serum or massage oil. For facial application, we recommend a 1% dilution – may increase sensitivity to sunlight so avoid sunlight for 12hrs after application.

Safety

  • Never apply undiluted essential oils directly to your skin.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under the care of a physician, please consult your GP prior to using complimentary therapies.
  • If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately.
  • Keep out of reach from children and store in a cool, dark area.
