Blends well with: Black Pepper, Cedarwood, Cinnamon, Clary Sage, Clove Bud, Cypress, Juniper Berry, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Peppermint, Pine, Rose Absolute, Rosemary and Tea Tree.

Lavender uses: known to have a harmonising effect on the nervous system. It is relaxing, calming, and has a sedative effect, helping to relieve feelings of stress, anxiety, irritability, and nervous tension. Because of these sedative properties is known to be one of the best essential oils for sleep. Various Lavender benefits have also been seen to reduce pain and enhance blood circulation. The natural cleansing and detoxifying properties also makes it incredibly beneficial for the skin when treating irritated skin, acne, burns as well as other skin complaints such as eczema, psoriasis, scarring and wrinkles. Lavender is safe to use on children, adults, and the elderly.

Ingredients

  • 100% Pure Lavender Essential Oil

Directions

  • Adults: Add 4-7 drops to your diffuser or oil burner in a well-ventilated room.
  • Children: 3-4 drops in a diffuser or oil burner in a well-ventilated room.
  • Infants: 1-2 drops in a diffuser or oil burner in a well-ventilated room.
  • For topical application dilute with carrier oil at a 2-4% dilution and apply as a skin serum or massage oil. For facial application, we recommend a 1-2% dilution.
  • You can also add a few drops of Lavender to your skincare products to boost their existing benefits.

Safety

  • Never apply undiluted essential oils directly to your skin. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under the care of a physician, please consult your GP prior to using complimentary therapies.
  • If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately.
  • Keep out of reach from children and store in a cool, dark area.
