Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days of the order being received. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Shipping usually takes 2-10 business days. Please note that Northern Territory and Northern Queensland orders usually take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Due to current pressures on the postal system there are currently some shipping delays which could add additional time to the delivery. We do not take responsibility for delayed shipping times.
Refund Policy
We are certain you will love your ShortHive purchase. However, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. If your product arrives and you are not happy with the quality, please contact us directly at hello@shorthive.com.au and we will rectify the situation. If you need to change, amend or cancel your order this is only possible prior to the order being processed by our team. Your order may be made up a very short time after being placed, so if you do need to make any amendments, please contact us immediately, but be aware that it is probably too late.
