Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA)
We charge a flat rate of $10AUD to ship your order. Free Shipping within Australia for purchases above $100AUD.
All orders will be ship via Standard Post.
Undeliverable Packages
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.
Inaccurate address
If there are any address discrepancies with your order the product is returned us, a customer care team
member will be in touch.A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick
up your parcel in your local Post Office.
Rejected by Receiver
If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.
The expected time delivery given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various
reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.
Refund Policy
Refunds cannot be made for returned items. They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Item must be in marketable condition.
2.Beauty products can only be returned if the product received is not as per the order. They shall be accepted as return if the product is completely sealed and not tampered.
3. See below the allowable number of days for return including the shipping period.
RETURNABLE: SEALED/NOT TAMPERED BEAUTY PRODUCTS
The allowable period for domestic is 15 days.
The item/s must be shipped back to Australia within 24 hours from the date of email notification.
4. Shipping and handling cost incurred are non-refundable.
5. Exchange can only be made for a different size and/or color.
6. Shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging/returning and sending back the item will be borne by the customer.
