Shipping Policy

Most items are made to order and take about 3-5 working days to be crafted and posted.

Australia wide postage takes about 3-6 business days using Parcel Post including tracking.  International Post using International Express Post 8-14 business days depending on location.

If  you have a gifting emergency please let me know and I will do my best to escalate and have expedited delivery.

Please note all items will have tracking however I am not responsible for lost parcels.

Refund Policy

Due to each item being handmade to order, no refunds for change of mind but absolutely for faulty items.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations:  Please contact us within 1 business day of placing your order by email: snapsparkleandpop@gmail.com if you wish to cancel the order for a refund.

Exchange:  Please contact us within 1 business day of receipt of item by email: snapsparkleandpop@gmail.com if you wish to request an exchange.  Exchanges are decided on a case by case as we cannot re-sell a Custom Bow but if it's some of our standard bows we will be happy to.  The Buyer is responsible for return mail as well as second mail cost to send out item exchanged for and must arrive in original condition and not damaged.

Returns:  No returns for change of mind only for faulty items.
