Shipping Policy

We might be experiencing some delivery delays due to Covid-19 and Australia Post delays. We work hard to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. All items are in stock and ready to dispatch except personalised products made on order.

Shipping Cost:

We offer a $5 standard flat rate Australia Wide. We hope to offer free delivery in the near future.

We can accomodate an express delivery upon request at an additional cost.

Shipping Method and delivery times:

We offer:

  • Standard Australia Post Shipping. Delivery times (3-7 working days)
  • Free Contactless Local Pick up (Same day possible) in Port Melbourne. Order must be placed before 1pm.
  • Free Contactless Local Delivery for Port Melbourne customers. Delivery time (next Business day)

International Shipping 

We do not offer overseas shipping as a standard option yet but get in touch if you live outside of Australia.

Refund Policy

Missing or lost package

There are many reasons a package might be lost and we have decided to work with a reliable partner (Australia Post) to minimise that risk.
