$9.00 max for Backpacks ???? and $4.00 max for sunglasses ????. 

Free Shipping for Adventure Carriers.

Please note that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, additional transit times of up to 3 days, or possibly more may be experienced. We are working closely with our carriers to minimise impact on our customers, but this is largely out of our control.

We have also implemented contactless delivery for all orders. This means that all orders will now have Authority To Leave at the delivery address. If you don't wish to enable this, please make a note in your order.

  • All orders shipped from Melbourne.
  • Shipping rates are based on item weight, so smaller items will be less than $9.00.
  • We aim to ship all orders on the next business day if orders are placed before 9.00pm.
  • All products are shipped within 2 business days of purchase date though.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your item is booked for delivery, which will contain all of your tracking information.

Standard Shipping; Courier / Australia Post - Estimated Shipping Time; 3 to 5 Business Days from purchase date for East Coast and 5 to 10 business days for Western Australia and Tasmania.

Express Shipping; Australia Post Express Post - Estimated Shipping Time; 2 to 3 business Business Days from purchase date for East Coast and 3 to 4 business days for Western Australia and Tasmania.

Please note that our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you require delivery to a PO Box, your parcel will be shipped with Australia Post.

How do we ship?

We ship all orders with either Couriers Please, Fastway couriers or with Australia Post registered parcels. Which one of these we use depends on where we are shipping to and which of these providers has the best service in that area.

All orders use registered post with tracking. So, you can track the progress or your parcel at any time.

If you haven’t received your order by the time you think you should have, shoot us an e-mail and we’ll be able to track it for you. Please keep in mind that the providers don’t operate on weekends and the estimated shipping time can vary on the time of year.

We post every order as if it were our own, so we make sure that everything is packed as safely and as protected as can be, we also inspect products before they leave the store to ensure that they are in new condition.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary with item size and weight.

Our maximum single item Standard Shipping cost is $9.00 for our Adventure Nappy Backpack and Backpack bundle. Adding small items to your backpack order won’t increase the cost either.

Express Shipping for the same items cost $29.95.

When will my order be sent out?

We aim to ship all orders on the next business day if orders are placed before 9.00pm. As this is not always possible though, all orders not shipped next day will be shipped the day after.

*Shipping times noted are estimates and are generally accurate, but please allow a considerable amount of time if your order is a gift, as we have no control over the couriers and Australia Post.

We offer a 90 Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases. So if for any reason, you're not 100% happy with your purchase, just send the product back to us and we'll refund your purchase, less the cost of shipping.

Just send your product back to us with your details (as per below) and we’ll exchange it or refund it. It's as easy as that ????.

We also offer a 12 Month Warranty from the date of purchase on all manufacturing faults. This does not cover general wear and tear that occurs due to day-to-day use of the product.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items without receipt or proof of purchase
  • Factory Seconds and ex-demo items
  • Items not purchased on jumply.com.au (purchases made at one of our retailers, must be returned to them directly)

All Jumply Flex-Frame Sunglasses come with a 12 month Break or Lose Guarantee.

That means if anything happens to your little one's sunglasses in the 12 months after purchase, we'll replace them for you for FREE (you'll just need to cover shipping cost).

Please note that if we do not have your model in stock, we may have to replace with a different model.

Upon receipt of your correspondence, we will assess the issue and provide you with an assessment of the severity in accordance with Australian consumer law.

If the problem is deemed 'minor' (is not substantially unfit for it's purpose and can be easily repaired), we may recommend that the product is repaired, rather than replaced.

If this is the case, we may offer to pay for the customer to have the product repaired locally and/or sent back to us and we will organise any required repairs and return the product. All costs will be covered by Jumply.

If the problem is deemed 'major' (is substantially unfit for it's purpose), we will provide a replacement or refund of the item.

We understand that you can’t be without your new gear for long and we really want to make this exchange/return period as smooth as possible.

So if a replacement bag is required, we will send you a replacement upon reviewing your request and we ask that you send us the faulty item back within 2 days of receiving your replacement.
