We have a 14-day exchange policy to request an exchange. Unfortunately, we are not offering refunds on any items or gift cards unless they are faulty.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We recommend sending your products to exchange via prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe delivery. We take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent back to us. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs.

Please note we do not offer refunds for purchases that are made using AFTERPAY. All sales made using AFTERPAY are final and will not be refunded following finalising account. Please note if we are unable to exchange your purchase, we will provide a credit note to the value of the original purchase.
