Changed your mind?
No problem. You have 30 days to notify us if you want to cancel the order and receive a refund or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the day on which you receive the ordered goods. Once accepted, a refund will be provided within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the returned goods.
Please Note: Sorry, we don't allow the return of earrings as they are intimate items. We would only provide a refund for earrings should there be a manufacturing fault.
Wrong product sent/faulty goods?
In the rare instance you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, please inform us as soon as possible and we shall send the correct goods immediately once notified. We shall also include a pre-paid returns envelope for you to send back the incorrect item or refund your returns postage cost up to the cost of our standard delivery charges. For faulty goods we will either replace the item or offer a full refund once we have received back the faulty item.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses when returning products however we will always endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. We strongly advise you to send via AusPost parcel service and to keep a record of the tracking number.
