Express Post is still the fastest way to get mail from A to B, but we can't guarantee next-business-day delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive. Some Items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 Restrictions
It's important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. All online orders will be processed within 24hrs of payment and dispatched on the next business day. During sale and promotional periods your order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. All items are registered and shipped via Australian Post.
There are two postage options: Standard Post or Express Post
We suggest if you need your order urgently, please select Express Post.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the instance that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know and we will happily refund your purchase. Product can be returned by post to our online store.
We do not offer return services if you have ordered the wrong item,colour or style. Please be sure of your order selection before processing your order. More details are available on our Returns page. If you need assistance with an order please contact us.
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered postal services as all return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by The Gift Cartel.
To obtain a Refund you must meet the following return policy conditions; • item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt; • item/s must be in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached; and • the Tax Invoice/Receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
