Shipping Policy

1) How much does it cost to ship my order? 

For all orders in Australia:

1. Free Standard tracked shipping for all orders over $60

2. $6.99 flat rate shipping for all orders under $60

3. $15 flat rate for all express shipping orders

4. Complimentary Click and Collect available from Glen Waverley, Melbourne.

International Shipping:

1. Worldwide delivery from $15 for standard delivery and $25 for express.

2. Free standard international delivery over $120.

2) When will my order be shipped?

Express orders placed before 11am will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed with standard delivery are typically shipped within two business days.

3) Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

Yes, if you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched.

4) How will I know when my order has shipped?

Please keep an eye on your inbox. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details from us when your item has been shipped.

5) Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes for all orders. For bulky orders, we may need to contact you to discuss the best delivery options.

6) Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note all international orders are subject to import and/or customs charges, which the receiver/customer is liable for. Due to COVID-19, please note that deliveries are taking longer than usual.

Refund Policy

Change of Mind

We understand that things happen, and you may need to return your order. That's why we offer a 60 day change of mind policy for most orders. Please note all items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on personal care items.

Please note, the purchaser is responsible for any costs incurred in sending the item back to us due to a change of mind.

Australian Consumer Law

This returns policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and you are entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty goods, within a reasonable period of time.

What is the cost to return an item?

Change of Mind

Items returned within 60 days for a change of mind must be returned at your own cost.

If the item is not deemed faulty and has been returned outside of the 60 day change of mind period, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.

Australian Consumer Law

If your product is deemed faulty, TSL will issue a returns label for you to use in mailing the item back to us. Please note all items will be inspected upon being returned to identify the fault.
