How to use

  • Use a small funnel and slowly pour the contents of the pouch into the glass bottle.
  • Pour a small amount into hand
  • Add water or floral toner to reach desired paste consistency

  • Rinse with warm water

Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?

For Australia, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $20. All orders below $20 are charged a flat rate of $10, you are free to choose to pay for Express Post which is charged at the Australia Post rates.

For New Zealand, we offer free standard shipping for orders over AUD$50. All orders below AUD$50 are charged a flat rate of $25. Express Post is not available for New Zealand deliveries at this stage.

Where do you ship to?

We ship within Australia and New Zealand.

For international deliveries to other countries, please contact us directly to discuss hello@codiskin.com. We have limited stock in the Philippines.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Unless we tell you prior to you placing your order, your order will usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 1-2 days, unless you live in remote areas which may take up to 7 days. All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been despatched. 

These estimates are subject to change and given as indications only.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order with the reference number included in the email we send you once your order has been processed. Our preferred delivery service is Sendle, a fully carbon neutral company, offsetting all of its carbon emission for deliveries. There are circumstances where we will also use Australia Post.

Can my parcel be left on my doorstep if I am not home?

If you are not going to be home to sign for the delivery, you will need to give us the authority to leave your order without getting your signature. You may also authorise your parcel to be left at your doorstep.  However please know that Codi Skin can take no responsibility for parcels left unattended.

Codi Skin does not have liability for any loss or damage that occurs to unattended parcels.

What happens if I entered the wrong delivery information?

Send an email to hello@codiskin.com with your name, current delivery information and your new delivery information and we will make that change. All changes of shipping address need to be submitted within 24 hours of order to ensure successful delivery to your new shipping address.

Do I have to pay the return to sender fee and a new postage fee if my package is not delivered?

A new postage fee will apply to all packages requiring a second delivery.

What if my package goes missing?

Please contact Sendle or Australia Post directly. You can track your package through the reference number issued.  You will find this in your confirmation email.

We are so confident in our product working for you, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days money back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.

In the unlikely scenario you don't love our product, for any reason, just send us an email (hello@codiskin.com), and we will issue you a 100% refund on your product purchase, no questions asked!

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Codi Skin will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to respond to your request for a refund. All refunds are issued through your original payment method, and may take up to 2 weeks to clear. In the case you no longer have that payment method, we are only able to issue store credit.

Please note that this guarantee is in place for all our customers based in Australia and New Zealand, on all their purchases directly through our https://www.codiskin.com website. Our policy does not cover any purchases made through 3rd party websites, resellers, retailers or internationally.

Further, you may not make a claim on the same product multiple times under this policy. You may still reach out to us if you've had a bad experience, and we will work with you to resolve this issue.

The refund under the 14 day money back guarantee policy should not be abused. Abuse or manipulative use of the policy could result in refusal of service by skinlush, or legal proceedings.
