Our 100% organic cotton muslin wrap in white with dove grey print is breathable and super gentle on a newborn’s delicate skin, At a generous 130cm x 130cm, these wraps are super versatile throughout the baby and toddler stages and can function as

  • a nursing cover for on-the-go feeding;
  • a burp cloth;
  • a breathable pram cover to reduce distractions for on-the-go naps;
  • a sheet or tummy time blanket; and
  • a change table cover or clean surface when traveling or visiting a friend’s place.

Shipping Policy

General

We use Sendle and Australia Post to ship our orders. We aim to process all orders for our organic range within 1 to 5 business days so we can manage serving you whilst working part time, raising children and nursing a newborn. For orders that are printed on demand, they are shipped straight from the printer in the US. Production time can be up to 7 days but is usually 1-3 days.

For our organic range we currently offer delivery for orders Australia wide only.**** If you are interested in delivery outside Australia, please contact us at green.buba.australia@gmail.com and we can discuss the options and quotes for worldwide shipping with you. Shipping within Australia usually takes approx 5-10 business days depending on the delivery address. **There may be some slight delays during the COVID pandemic and during peak periods such as Christmas.** Remote areas may have longer delivery timelines and also there may be shipping delays during peak sale times. If you have any specific delivery requests such as authority to leave or leave at door, please state clearly in your order.

For orders that are Printed on demand, shipping times are

  • 2-5 business days for the USA (up to 17 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the US) 
  • 10-30 business days for shipping to Canada and the rest of the world. 


Packaging

All packages for our organic range are wrapped in paper and shipped in compostable satchels or sustainably sourced cardboard boxes to reduce plastic use and our impact on the environment. All packages from our print on demand line are determined by the printer. 


Damages and Issues

We personally process, pack and mail our organic range, so the items are thoroughly checked and handled with care prior to postal delivery. We ask that you please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of order. Please review the order details carefully before you make payment. If you have entered the address incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to green.buba.australia@gmail.com. If the order has already been dispatched, you will be charged a Return to Sender fee as well as an additional shipping fee to resend the parcel.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as we don't accept refunds for change of mind purchases.

You can claim a refund if the product delivered is not what you ordered, doesn't correspond with its description or has major faults. Please contact green.buba.australia@gmail.com immediately to explain the situation so we can discuss the best way forward and to notify you of the appropriate procedure to follow.  

Claims for refunds must be made within 14 days of collection of the products by emailing green.buba.australia@gmail.com. If 14 days have passed since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund. Refunds, if granted, are credited within 30 days of being approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is soiled, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. If you have any queries, please contact us at green.buba.australia@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Please contact us at green.buba.australia@gmail.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If the item has already been processed and shipped, all shipping costs must be paid for (including any return costs) and only a refund of the product (excluding shipping costs) can be provided. Please choose carefully as we don't accept exchanges for change of mind purchases.
