Shipping Policy

Shipping 

Delivery Delays

Australia Post is experiencing some delivery delays due to high demand, interstate lock downs and floods so please allow extra time for your order to arrive. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order once payment has been received and hand made by me and sent out within 1 to 3 business day (Excluding weekends and public holidays). For any rare extended delays in processing your order, I will notify you via email. Please now every effort will be made to get your order in the post as soon as possible and orders are normally sent within 1 to 2 business days.

​Shipping time to deliver your order vary and please see Australia Posts Website for delivery time estimates. Items will be shipping from Gold Coast, Worongary postcode 4213 Queensland, Australia.

​To tract your order once items are shipped please contact Australia Post for delivery information.

Provide Correct Shipping Address 

Please make sure the shipping address and contact details entered are correct when ordering. 

If you realize your shipping address is incorrect upon receiving your order confirmation email, please email us at taketimetorelax22@gmail.com as your order may not be dispatched yet and address may be able to be changed. Please be advised we en devour to send out orders asap so please contact Australia post as per below if your order has been dispatched. 

If you realize your shipping address entered is incorrect after you receive your shipping confirmation email, we suggest contacting Australia post asap as you may be able to change the delivery address directly with Australia Post through your MYpost account using your email address provided by visiting https://auspost.com.au/mypost or contact Australia Post directly on 13 13 18 with your tracking number.

Please note, the address may not be able to be changed depending on the location of your parcel.

Please note, return costs and additional fees of items due to incorrect shipping addresses or order not being collected from the post office are the responsibility of the customer.

Reshipping of orders and costs will apply due to incorrect shipping address being provided. 

Delivery of parcels to the incorrect shipping address unfortunately are generally unrecoverable so please double check your shipping details upon ordering.

Shipping Cost

We ship Items via Australia Post.

Shipping cost is $11 flat rate standard shipping Australia wide per order.

Express Post Shipping is available for additional fee.

If you would like to ship to multiple addresses simply place separate orders for each address. 

International Shipping

We do not ship Internationally at this time.

Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order but if for some reason you are not please email us and we will work with you to try and rectify the situation. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds for change of mind.  For hygiene purposed we are unable to resell returned products. You may choose to request a refund or replacement where the product is deemed to be faulty. For any faulty products or concerns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and information and photos with details of faulty items and we will work with you to rectify the situation.

Damaged Items

All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe and complete when leaving us. Records are taken of each order once packed to ensure your order arrives complete and un tampered with. For any concerns here please email us photo's with order number for us to look into. For any damages incurred or orders not received please advise us and contact Australia post for more information and we will help you wherever we can with dealing with Australia post.  

Perishable Items 

We do not use refrigerated trucks in transportation. Please be aware that some gift boxes contain chocolates and are heat sensitive so they may soften during transit in warmer weather and we are not liable in the instance that chocolates or other products have altered as a result of transportation.
